Toms River Arrest Nets 1,300 Heroin Doses, South Toms River Man

A South Toms River man is being held on heroin distribution charges after Toms River police stopped the car he was driving and found more than 1,300 wax folds of heroin, police said.

Michael Morgan, 28, of Brandies Road, South Toms River, is being held at the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail, no 10 percent, said Ralph Stocco, Toms River Police Department spokesman.
